I’m single and without a girlfriend, so it usually isn’t for more than 2-3 days at a time, usually if I am too tired to want to do it.
The longest I recall going without was about a week. During my junior year in high school I was on a trip to Mexico City with some other students from my Spanish class and we had to share hotel rooms, so this obviously kept me from having the necessary privacy.

Most recently, it was about eight days, but then I’d just gotten Civilization III.
Probably 2 days is the longest I’ve ever gone; my friend tried to commit suicide, and I was too busy mopping up the blood and vomit in his flat while he was in hospital to even think about setting aside some time for a hand-shandy.
Those kinds of situations aside, I’m normally pretty regular… usually three or four times a day. Yep, you guessed it, I have a very high sex drive and I’m single as well. Life can be so cruel at times :(.
