But to answer your usual extremely loaded and generalized question, it depends.

Promiscuity has been around since the dawn of time. Polyamorous is just a more hip name for it. The slutty girl that was in my highschool grew up to be a slutty adult. Married 3 times. I see her occasionally. She’s actually a nice Lady.
How many slutty guys do you know?

No. It just means that some folks do not consider sexual exclusively as an integral part of their relationships. Communication is key, and as long as you all agree there is no negative.
