I really can’t think of any of my own likes that I “discovered” online. As a point of clarification, here, most folks don’t have fetishes. A fetish, strictly speaking, is something which is necessary for a person to achieve sexual gratification. What we’re talking about here might be (and probably are) fetishes for some folks, but for most of their affictionados, they’re just non-mainstream preferences.
That said, I’ve encountered things on the Internet which I would not previously have believed physiologically possible. There’s one woman who has stretched her urethra enough that she can take full-sized dildos and penes in it, and another who can evert her vagina sufficiently to display her cervix without use of a speculum (and who can then insert a finger through her cervix). Women capable of everting their own rectum several centimeters outside their bodies seem almost common.
I rationalize it by remembering how easily excitable my wife was when she was pregnant during those times.
