North Carolina’s controversial new transgender law is facing even stiffer(1) opposition.
Popular porn website XHamster.com began turning away users based in North Carolina on Monday, joining protests against a state law that forces transgender public school and university students to use bathrooms according to their biological sex.

I’ll believe this is a serious boycott when Apple closes all their North Carolina stores until the law is repealed.

Huge, immensely wealthy corporation selling very popular products. Apple could easily absorb the loss.
Might not even be that much of a loss. Most of NC’s population is about an hour’s drive from a NC state border.
Plus aren’t most Apple sales done via online? Unless you expect Apple to refuse any shipment of it’s products & parts into NC? That would be hurting their previous customers; might even be a violation of the warranty on their products.
Considering they only have 3 Apple stores in NC, this would hardly be effective. Most Apple products are sold through big box stores, like Walmart, Target, Best Buy, etc.
What do you think happens more often in NC on a daily basis? Clickthroughs on the Web site in the OP, or iPod purchases?

And their selection is pretty limited.
The fundies are probably the biggest watchers of “she male” porn than any other group.
