Date: So far, it’s been determined that the best day will be after Memorial Day. I know for sure that the whole week after Memorial Day is tied up for me, so the first week of June is the first best time. Since I’m unemployed, I’m quite flexible on which time/day we eventually settle on beyond Memorial Day week. Smashed Ice Cream has indicated to me via e-mail that Mondays are out.
Time: Personally, I’m flexible. If on a weeknight, I’m guessing that most of us would prefer evening. If on a weekend, then afternoon or evening would likely be best for most of us.
From the Pit thread that has inspired this little shindig, I know that Bumbazine has expressed interest. We’ll see if he turns up here…I’ve dispatched an e-mail to him.
Czarcasm has been e-mailed, but was rather coy in his response, suggesting instead that I start up this thread. Now that I have, perhaps he will deign to provide us with an RSVP.
