Just post a picture of any album that does not have the band or artist’s name on it (intentionally). You can tell us who the artist is if you want, but you don’t have to.

I believe the original vinyl cover, with the peel-off banana, was exactly what bibliophage posted, without the band name, and just “Andy Warhol.” It’s been reissued many times, and most subsequent releases do have “The Velvet Underground & Nico” printed prominently at the top. My own CD copy of it has the band name printed on it.
Oh, I know, but who was the artist who created the cover and does that artist’s name appear on the cover?*
