Okay, I just wanted to post this for the hell of it. But I invite anyone else to submit similar samples of mutal jackassedness.
In his phone message to voters, Schilling says, “These past couple of weeks, Sox fans … trusted me when it was my turn on the mound. Now you can trust me on this: President Bush is the right leader for our country,”

And no, Asininity isn’t a real word.
No, but I think that apostastatic demagogical apotheosis would be appropriate.

You know, I’ve always wondered about the deepest part of the ocean…
I did, too. Once. In 1960. For 20 minutes.
Just out of curiosity, why?

Because he thought there might be a use for 1920’s Style Death Rays, of course!
Considering the number of threads overflowing with bipartisan asininity that I’ve waded through over the past year, I’m guessing all the good examples are pretty much used up.
I’ll post this here, because i don’t think this has anything to do with this guy being a Bush supporter. He’s just a freakin’ ass.
An 18-year-old supporter of President Bush became so angry that his girlfriend was considering voting for John Kerry and was breaking up with him that he imprisoned her in his home, deputies said
“I kill you,” he said, according to the arrest report. “You want (to) live to see the election?”
He held her with a 1920s style death ray and a shard from a broken pot while a deputy tried to separate them, said Paul Miller, a spokesman for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office
Where is the bi partisanship there, incidentally? Unless someone is attacking or supporting both candidates, they are just being plain old partisan , surely?
