There are some good threads going on now on freezer cooking. I’m really good at the “cooking” part, and even the “put it in the freezer” part, but not so good at the “get around to taking it out of the freezer and reheating” part. I’d like to see some proven recipes that definitely come out awesome. Also, if anybody has some FoodSaver hints, I have one of those also. I’ve heard some people freeze chicken breasts with a marinade and they defrost already marinated - suggestions?
