Enjoyed them plenty of times, delicious little Pork & Vegetable Dumplings Mrs. Roboto picks up at Trader Joes. Tonight however, Chef Roboto made his usual mess in the kitchen. Apparently, Potstickers get their name from sticking to the Pot, at least that was my experience and now I have a gooey burn’t mess that will require a 24-hour soaking and an S.O.S. pad. In the future, I’ll gladly keep eaten’em but I’m not cooking them anymore!
Yeah, I had the same experience with them living up to their name, but they sure are tasty.
the secret is to put in some liquid to get them to relese themselves from the pot. then while there’s still some liquid in the pan let it dissolve the solids.
