PowerBook (WallStreet) question

To any other PowerBook owners out there: where the heck is the built-in microphone hiding? I know it has one; I can record without additional equipment.

The other day I was trying to record a voicemail message, which is something I used to do with my 7100 by holding the phone up close to the Apple Plaintalk mike…and I realized that I had no idea where the orifice is at!

Ended up with several short recordings of ambient room noise.

I think its on the same place as the new PowerBook 2000 units. There’s a little hole on the rim of the LCD screen, at the top just left of center. That is the microphone, believe it or not.

Just RIGHT of center on my WallStreet. Thanks! Never noticed that little hole before!
