Pre-discharge bankruptcy financial education course

First of all, before you file bankruptcy, you have to take a course. Takes about 45 minutes. You have to just read a bunch of information that is so common and pretty much known by anyone who did enough damage to their credit to be filing bankruptcy in the first place.

If you try to go too fast, the program won’t allow it. So you have to sit there and read word for word verrryyy slowly.

Then comes the after you file bankruptcy course, which is 2 hours!!! It gives much more detailed but still common information that one would acquire living anywhere in the free world and spending money and living life in general.

But here’s the thing about this course. It has about 10 different sections. In each section, it gives you a minimum time you must spend, anywhere from 3 to 6 minutes. So you figure if you spend that minimum time, you’re all good. But nope, you complete the assessment and then it says you must spend 45 more minutes on it!!! WTF. Retarded!! Clearly “punishment” for filing bankruptcy!!
