Michael’s been doing this “sleepover” business for about fifteen years now. He’s had more than enough time to make up for the sleepovers he didn’t have as a boy. I don’t remember having a “sleepover” period in my adolescent life that lasted for fifteen years (actually, I was never into sleepovers). This has gone beyond an adolescent fancy into a lifelong occupation.
He may indeed enjoy being with kids. That’s not in contention. But he may also count on people like you to say, “Well, he admits to having children sleep in bed with him; would a person guilty say all that?”
