What are the odds that a young woman, early twenties, with no ring on her finger but seven months pregnant and it seems to have been an accidental pregnancy is involved with a guy?

From personal experience, I’d say she’s most likely to not be involved with anyone. Either way, if she is in a relationship she won’t want any third party interference at this point, and if she isn’t, accept the fact that the most important person in her life in the immediate future is going to be that baby - not you, no matter how you approach it. If you’re interested in getting to know her better, keep that in mind and respect it. Time is your friend.

Well, she was involved with a guy 7 months ago, but aside from that, there’s no telling.
Don’t jump to conclusions. When a woman is pregnant, sometimes her fingers swell up to the point where wearing a ring is uncomfortable, if not dangerous. Also, if you are close enough to her to believe that that the pregnancy “seems to be accidental,” why not just ask her about her SO, husband, whatever. As in “So, how does Dad feel about it? Is he hoping for a boy?” And if you are NOT close enought to be discussing such things, then it is none of your business.
