Premature babies/psychological differences

I have been trying to find out if premature babies differ in any way with full term babies when they become adults? Do adults who were prematurely born have any neurological differences from the those who were born full term? I have read somewhere that premature babies are more sensitive to touch because as a result of being premature their nerves develop closer to the surface of the skin. The reason I ask this is because I spent the first two weeks of my life in an incubator weighing in at five lbs.
