Pretzels are taking over the world. Sonic has a pretzel bun for hot dogs. Dunkin Donuts has a pretzel roll for a sandwich.

I’m waiting for:
Pretzel bites in salad
Pretzel chips for chili
Pretzel shells for tacos
…

Hard to top those ideas! Please market them! They all sound awesome.
I’ll test them if you’d like. I had a burger on a pretzel bun, and it was to eat for!! Tough outside like rye bread, salty coating, soft and chewey inside… Mmmmmmm.

The company was named after its co-founder, Joseph Edy. His partner was William Dreyer. Dreyer ended up running the company but Breyer (named after its founder William Breyer) was already selling ice cream in the eastern United States. So Dreyer sold Dreyer’s Ice Cream in the west and Edy’s Ice Cream in the east.

My version is more interesting.
