A small query about printing emails from Outlook.
When I send an email to several recipients in the BCC box, I can see the recipients when I view the email in the “sent” folder, but I see none of them when I print the email out. In the case of a complaint, we inevitably need to have a paper trail behind us.
In the office we have a system where we can send an email to students registered for a module that will generate a receipt for them all, regardless of whether or not they’re on a BCC list. But this way requires us to send a couple of emails to each student and would take much more time than a simple mailing list from Outlook.
Is there a “fix” for this problem?
