I need to send a letter which includes an email address. The address is highlighted on the Word doc and it does not print out on the hard copy. It does show up on the preview. Word 2003 if that matters.
Put your cursor on the email address, right click and select remove hyperlink. The email address will become regular text.
Cool. In the meantime I selected it and changed the light blue highlight to black and that worked also.
