The point is that the explicit policy of dismissing someone for taking nationally identified steps to protect themselves and others is not only stupid, it is almost certainly criminal since it endangers the attendees of the school and all those who may be in contact with those employees.

If you read up a bit about the couple who founded the school they are entrepreneurs above all else. I think with some districts not permitting children to come to school unless they are vaccinated, they probably spotted an opening in the market for a school or schools that specialised in taking unvaccinated children. Their website even has a section on how to choose removalists to move to South Florida to be near to the school. They are pretty clearly going after the anti-vax market as a business ploy.
Whether this fits in with their actual beliefs or is purely a business move I don’t know. They are quite the couple - this image probably tells you much:

Maybe I read the law incorrectly but I believe vaccination records are protected under HIPAA with a few exceptions like school children, medical staff and public safety employees. And even then there are some protections. What this school is doing appears to be illegal.
