(probably) easy Win2000 question

Does anyone know where in Windows 2000 I can set my file associations? (ie, use IE to display .jpg files, etc)

Thanks in advance.

Try going to Start/Settings/Control Panel and open the “Folder Options” applet. You can modify the file types and file exiensions there. It sure was easier in NT4… sigh.

Right click on a appropriately named file.
Choose open with . . .
Select Choose Program
Click in the box near the bottom that says Always use this program to open these files.
Select correct program.
Click OK.
