My website is listed on another website’s links page. The link is set up to first direct users to a disclaimer page, then redirect to mine. However, for whatever reason, it doesn’t work properly; it appears that the link gets truncated and visitors to the site get an error message saying that they’re not authorized to view the item requested and need to log in to see it. However, if I (logged in) try the same link, I just get an error message saying that the item does not exist.
Unfortunately, people are just apparently saying “screw it” and leaving the site altogether rather than just click on one of the nav buttons to get to a working portion of the site, and so I’m losing a lot of traffic.
The problem is, I can’t figure out why the link is being truncated. If I copy the link’s disclaimer portion, and paste in the appropriate part that leads to my website, the same error happens, so it isn’t a typo on their part. If I alter their link to direct my site’s front page, it works fine. If I try to directly access the page that they’re trying to link to, it works perfectly fine. It’s just the page’s link + the disclaimer that fails out.
Since I’m sure I’m going to be asked, and because I highly doubt that my page would be of any interest to Dopers, here are the links in question:
The linking page’s link:
The direct link to the page:

While having the linking site modify their link to direct to my front page could be possible, I believe they would prefer to link to the page directly relating to them, so if it’s possible to work out what the problem is, I’d like to try that first.
