I used to be able to do word searches in my Sent Mail folder and find stuff going back years. Recently it’s only found things going back a month or so, and sometimes not even that far. I haven’t adjusted any of my settings. How can I go back to the good old days of being able to find whatever I wanted, no matter how far back?
Hi there, i am suddenly having the exact same problem…did you ever figure out why you suddenly couldn’t search back more than a few weeks? this has just begun happening to me. I called AOL and they said to erase some of my “old mail” so i erased ALL of it…10,000 emails, and it didn’t help at all…i can’t search mail more than 11 days ago.
