I’d prefer a restaurant. Location’s not a big deal for me – just stay in King County!
I sent everyone who’s posted here an e-mail to try to help coordinate. I don’t know if that’s better than just posting to this board.
Girl Next Door, you may be the token female (unless I’ve misjudged someone’s gender from their screen name – are you listening engineerboy?). I’m bringing my wife if she’s not working but the odds are she’ll be working. (She works retail – getting ready for Christmas season)
So let’s pick a time and place and go for it!

I can see how there would be a certain sense of, well, is irony the word, if I were a girl, called engineerboy. However, I am most certainly a boy.
Thai Ginger in Factoria/Redmond would be good for me. It’s easy (Richard’s Road exit off of I-90, then head South a few block, for those of you worried about finding it), pretty good food, and not too expensive.

If I’m correct in assuming silence is assent then the get-together is scheduled for the 12th at 7:00 p.m. **However – **
It turns out I have a conflict. Yes, I know I picked the time. I’m not so vain to think you can’t meet without me, so go ahead or we can re-schedule. Almost any other night than the 12th or 13th is okay for me. Otherwise I’ll just wait for chapter 2.
I could meet earlier on Fri or Sat but I’d have to be on my way by about 5:30 or 6:00. That’s probably too early for most.
