I don’t know, the face looks a little terrierish.
It’s hard to tell at this age, but they’re going to have sticking-up ears, so that narrows it down a bit. So cute!
If I had to take a wild guess, I’d say some kind of Terrier. A Cairn Terrier, maybe (Toto from the Wizard of Oz was a Cairn)?

The middle one has Rottie markings.
German Shepherd Dog mostly. The second pic looks just like a Rottweiler. My uneducated opinion of course.
My first though on looking at the puppies was Cairn Terrier as well. The black and tan has so many possibilities, and the photo is a bit dark, so I am not gonna hazard a guess on that pup.
