This comment at Salon.com tipped me off.

That infamous “call #31” which was too disturbing for the already disturbing people at Psychoexgirlfriend.com is supposedly still circulating on Napster. The anonymous jilted lover (who never really had her say, anyway) could now finally have her day in court.

I seem to remember this was exposed a very-well done hoax that was sourced to advertising of some kind of other. Anyone else got a cite for this?

It’s masterfully done, if it’s a hoax. Her voice sounds exactly the same as the other 52 messages (there are only 53, right?).

The “disturbing” part:

…having (name) call you and then you told me that you wanted nothing to do with her so you must have lied to me, and either you’re good friends with her and your buddies and you’re meeting up with her tonight, which you lied to me anyway, or maybe you’re dating her – maybe you can give her my bra and underwear. Maybe she can wear it.
