Question about business perception

I could make this a poll, but I’d rather leave the discussion open.

If you were a business inclined to use a local provider for creative support services - loosely: printing, web design, photography, video, editorial, presentation, trade show support, etc. - would you be most attracted to and initially impressed by:

[ol]
[li]A sharp, glass-front walk-in in a slightly dingy but high-exposure strip mall;[/li][li]A small room with direct outside entrance in a high-profile professional building;[/li][li]A reasonably new, mid-sized professional space within a mid-profile professional campus.[/li][/ol]
All are about the same net cost; the need is for high local visibility and then setting the right expectations with the initial visit.

First question is what is who are you targetting for customers?
Will your business be interacting with your customers or will they be going to your support group? If this is only a support group and has limited exposure with customers does it matter what their office looks like?
If all cost the same and there is no impact on customers I would choose the local option first.
