At the end of the book it is revealed that Danny’s middle name is Anthony.
In the new tv miniseries they go even further and show Danny’s graduation from High School 10 years later. You not only find out his middle name is Anthony, but the actor who plays growed up Danny is the same one who was Tony, so the implication is that Danny uses his “Shine” to go back and warn himself as a kid.
