Yeah it’s playable. Sounds like tenor banjo if you want to google that. You will see people playing stuff just as quick (if not quicker).

It’s possible, but from the tone, that sounds like it might have been sped up. It’s possible to go considerably faster; faster than I’d have ever imagined but I have to believe it since Guiness says it’s kosher (fastest guitar licks).
