Pretend you’re a GP. You have a patient who comes in for a routine physical. Blood tests reveal that the patient’s white blood cell count is low (31,000…normal is 45,000+). This patient has lupus (SLE), but no other health complaints. What course of action would you advise for her?
This is not a request for advice (the issue is being resolved) - I’m just trying to figure out if my doctor is as :dubious:-worthy as I think he is.
