Question for the Phoenix area Dopers/football fans

This might be rather optimistic of me, but here’s the scenario: I will be in Phoenix from July 3 onward. The final of the European Football Championships (yes, soccer ;)) will be played on July 4.

Now, seeing as Holland miraculously still is in the tournament after last night’s nervewracking matches, there is a remote possibility that the Lads in Orange make it into the finals.

If this turns out to be the case, I am obliged by Dutch constitutional law to watch the match live, wherever I am in the world, lest I shall be hanged by the testicles until death occurs. No, really. It’s the law. :wink:

So, are there any bars in the Phoenix area that have the Euro 2004 tournament on, live? An English pub perchance? An Irish one? Some bizarro Eurotrash Cowboy bar, maybe?

Do any of youse guys have suggestions? Googling for “Euro 2004” and “Phoenix” didn’t do a whole lot.

Coldie, there are tons of sports bars in the Phoenix area and most of them tune into any/all sports that are being televised. You may be the only one in the place watching the EFCs, :smiley: but I’m sure they’ll put it on for you.
