Am I the only one who originally heard the punchline as “Big nose! Big nose!”?

I first heard “Peg leg!”, but don’t most people go with “Harelip!”? What do you suppose a professional comedian might choose? Maybe none of the above?

Most professional comedians just aren’t going to tell such an old joke, are they?
