Quick: Ham at 275, Casserole at 350?

I don’t want to turn the ham (pre-cooked) into shoe leather but I’ve got to cook the hash-brown casserole through, too.

Ham says 2 hours at 275, casserole says 350 for one hour.

Can I put the casserole in at 275 for the same 2 hours (90 minutes?) and get away with it?

If all you need to do is cook through the casserole (don’t really need caramelized/browned edges), I don’t see why not.

Yeah, I think it should be fine. And if you do want to crisp the top of the casserole, you can put it in first, do the higher temperature for maybe 15 minutes or so, and then turn the temp down and put the ham in.

Ah, yes. Or just run it under the broiler at the very end.

Cool - it all goes into the oven at 11:30 them. I’ll cook the casserole with foil on top & put it under the broiler to brown it when it’s done. That makes sense.

Thanks all.
