You work in a hotel which is expecting a group of visiting dignitaries. These guys are used to the very best and have a tendency to get extremely tetchy if they don’t get absolute perfect service from start to finish. For this reason instructions have been left to help you remember what to do when they check in. These instructions were pinned to the notice board but unfortunately your co-workers, fed up of your constant web surfing when you should be working have swopped the instructions with this.
Shouldn’t “Grained____Recitation” come first and “Posted_____Tyrant” come fifth?
…though I doubt any quality hotel worker would need a list to remember to do THIS! But, these days with such poor customer service all around, I guess you never know.
