Quick question about 2006 Cecil Adams answer thread

I want to discuss a 2006 article, which already has a thread.

Animate a “zombie” or start a new thread?

Are you providing new information that is relevant to the thread, or are you bringing up some different points of discussion about Cecil’s article? If it’s new information, then go ahead and revive the zombie. Otherwise, start a new thread. If you think there is any relevant information in the old thread, then you can always provide a link to it from your new thread.

Both.

There are also two other topics about it, in other sub forums. It’s a conundrum.

I see that the article in question concerns global warming. Are you planning on discussing something specific to that article that is unrelated to your other global warming threads and posts? Since you already have a rather lengthy global warming thread in progress it might be best to bring up the points that you want to make there.
