I have just had two separate replies to posts in GD disappear into the æther when I clicked submit.
One time I can believe I clicked the wrong button. Twice and I’m pretty sure the software is acting up.

This has happened to me twice too.
Odd thing is that my posts appear on the threads but when I log on later they have gone.

tomndebb, I think you meant æthernet. Perhaps your problems were caused, once again, by the overworked server?
casdave, what threads did at one time contain your posts?
Way to go, Tom! Here, I thought I was the only one to bring up Charmap (or the keyboard equivalent) for the sake of proper spelling!
The scary thing is, Tom probably know the keystrokes without using Charmap.

Ha ha. I did know the proper escape code without looking it up. I think that æ is pretty intuitive.
