If you’re just watching a clip on the net, you’ll probably never even notice it. But I use this software to do work, such as transcriptions and scriptwriting (commericals, etc.).

If you hold down the rw or ff button, you don’t get a smooth progression forward or backward. You get a jumpy, garbled mess. Often it freezes. Often it jumps to somewhere you don’t want to go.
-
If you go directly to the “timeline bar” and click the mouse on it, you can’t get any precision whatsoever. It seems to be divided into blocks of several minutes. Pretty much worthless for the type of work I do. Between the two methods of finding a spot on the video, you’re pretty much driven crazy.

Re Nos. 1 and 2 above, I’m not joking when I say you get teleportation to various spots in the video you don’t want to go. Sometimes it is absolutely ludicrous.

Why isn’t there a function whereby you can enter as numbers the exact time in the video you want to be? It HAS a counter, after all.
The above non-functioning is really such a joke that I can’t understand why this is considered a finished software produce.
