  • who ever heard of a party descending into a dungeon without one? You could do without a thief, monk, ranger, or paladin, but c’mon those fireballs aren’t gonna lob themselves
  • lots of players secretly identified on a personal level more with this class than other classes. While maybe a fighter sounds cool, who thinks of themselves as being like a cleric in life?
