Well, if we’re going for Jimmy Fallon videos, here’s my favorite:
Stephen Colbert & Jimmy Fallon - Friday.
(It’s on Hulu, you may not be able to watch outside the United States. No Hulu subscription required.)
Or the Doors singing the Reading Rainbow theme.

I’m not the biggest Madonna fan… but Walk Off The Earth’s cover of "Material Girl" is at least the best of that particular band’s videos, I think, and one of the best music videos on YouTube. You wouldn’t believe some of the instruments used - and it was shot in one take.
Thank you for this… I fell in love with this band, and spent the last week or so bingeing on their videos and buying their album… such talent! love it…
Great thread! My vote so far is for:

May I suggest
The Wizard of Ahhhs by Todrick Hall featuring Pentatonix.
It is a 6.5 minute retelling of the Wizard of Oz movie done in popular songs performed a cappella. Features extraordinary costuming and makeup (for a seven minute video). It captures the surreality of the original story. And, if you are familiar with the source of some of the songs they use, there are lots of inside jokes, too. But you don’t have to be familiar with any of the music to get a kick out of this.
Did I mention it’s a cappella? (Except for the cup in the cup song and some percussion.)
Carry on folks. I think I’ll be a long time here:)
