It has been explained. It was a reference to what we call am “ignore” list. “Foe” is the opposite of “friend.”
The tone of this seems somewhat inconsistent with a Pit thread titled “Quote sniping is fucking annoying to read and respond to.”

The only example where I pulled a post apart line-by-line was when a staff member responded to a reasonable question with an inexplicable series of hostile rhetorical questions, which I decided to treat as literal as a roundabout way of pointing out how bizarre they were.
If it would make it easier for you, I could start writing simplified versions of each of my posts on trash and then throwing it in front of your house.
