What the heck? I could find any news reference to her being anything other than alive and/or kicking. Is it a reference to bizarre Canadian comedian, Tom Green’s (A.K.A. Obi One-Cajone) claim that they’re engaged.
Jesus, I certainly hope that’s not true, I like Drew! A lot of potential as an actress, and generally a sweet (if dippy) person. That would really depress the hell out of me. Nothing yet on the AP Newswire.
I want to write a bio of her great-gradnmother, Georgiana Drew Barrymore, someday, and hope Drew will help me on it.
I’ll keep checking and let you know if I hear anything! We had two major show-biz deaths recently: Walter Matthau and Harold Nicholas. Hope Drew’s not #3!!!

I’ve had Sky News channel on in the background for large bits of today. No mention there. Maybe it’s just a joke?

That wouldn’t be out of line from what I have read here about thespark. Wasn’t there talk that people who did the surveys there were later contacted thru email about their answers?
