As a follow-up question to your Ramen noodle column, what is the cheapest heathliest brand of Ramen noodles? I’d rather not have so much salt and fat in the ones I eat.

If you find some, let me know–I’ve been looking for years, ever since they stopped making the “low fat” ones.
“Fat is back”, evidently, along with eggs and beef and butter.
Yes, it’s sad that I no longer eat ramen. I liked the low-fat not only because they were lower calorie (by far), but to me they also tasted better.
The few companies that made them discontinued them years ago because they supposedly weren’t selling well.
Campbell’s Baked Ramen is only 2 grams of fat per package.
