My neighbor was moving and was throwing away a Rascal scooter that he didn’t want. He said it worked, just was never used. I naturally snagged it quickly. I replaced the batteries and everything seems fine. I turn the key, the meter reads power, the horn works but when I try to put it in drive, all that happens is a click sound from underneath. The same sound when I try reverse, as well. I tried searching around but couldn’t find diagrams or a manual for a Rascal scooter online. Anybody know what the problem might be, has been there or know where to find resources on how I could fix this thing? Thanks.
