I have figured it out. Brutus is really a dyed-in-the-wool, anti-Bush liberal. He takes all of these rediculous stands as a way of turning people against the extreme right thus turning people toward his real master Bill Clinton.
It all comes together now. Look at his record. He has turned so many people away from so many of the positions of the aministration by merely taking their sides with his borderline rational stances. It must be planned to turn people away from that side. Any rational person would see that he is offending potential allies to his cause by his stances so the whole idea must be to turn people away.
