That’s a terrible angle. Grow out your hair and shave and I’d think you’re pretty easy on the eyes.
I agree about the angle. Did you take this with your laptop? The current angle makes your nose look like your most prominent feature, and I doubt that’s truly the case. (Not a bad nose, by the way.) I also agree that the lighting could be improved. I’m going to withhold a score until the conditions are improved, but you’re certainly not homely.

I’d give you a 5, mostly because you’re the total opposite of my type. In fact, you look a lot like a young version of my father, and now I’m creeped out. You have better than average bone structure and features IMO.

I think you look pretty cute, and there’s nothing particularly wrong with your hair or ears. Seems like the angle of the photo is changing your face shape more than anything. I like your eyes and smile. I’d keep your face clean, maybe with just some hair on your chin.
I think if there were laser beams coming from your eyes that would be totally hot.
And also, I LOVE your ears. They’re kinda pointy on top. That is sweet.

There is nothing wrong with your hair, but it is a non-style and kind of a non-color. It’s a bit of a void of attractiveness- it’s not unattractive, there just isn’t anything there.
You have some nice features (I like the full lips) but they are not very distinctive, and your coloring is rather flat. Just a little bit of something spicing it up could push it into full-blown hotness.
