I dunno—when I look at that picture, the phrase “geeky earnestness” springs to mind.
Some of us like geeky earnestness.
You can keep your Bubbas.
The phrase “young H. P. Lovecraft” comes to *my *mind.
snickers Yeah, after I wrote that I considered editing in a follow-up line about how there’s probably slashfic with that premise.
And I was so sure I’d be the first to say Pierce.
I gotta go with Obama. Just his swagger.
Yeah, but Frankie really needs to wash his hair here. Ick! I never did care for the grunge look.
Warren Harding was considered something of a babe. In fact, it has been pointed out that he was the first president elected after women got the vote.
Outraged men on the losing side pointed at the results and said, “See?!”
JFK first, then Gerald Ford. I’ve always thought balding men were hot.
Obama might also have the “big book” thing going too.
Him first, but old Gerald definitely gets a second look now. Also, never saw the “handsome” thing with JFK, though he nice enough looking.
Post America? Hmmm…
I’m with you that JFK was good looking
Someone sent me this and I checked snopes, It’s true.
As a hetero guy, I would have thought that Bill Clinton would have the easiest time getting laid. Its that Elvis Presley thing he’s got.
Did you mean to post this in another thread?
Good Looking Yes,!He had TB, depression and he drank a lot.
“Pierce was an alcoholic, as everyone close to him was well aware; a fondness for drink was not something to hide in those times”. At the end of his term, when asked what a President should do after leaving office, he sighed: “There’s nothing left… but to get drunk” [2c].
Apparently George Washington was a lady-killer back in the day.
As for ugliest, I’d say Martin Van Buren.
No it was in reference to the Book Obama was reading in descamisado’s Post and the link to it.
Have you seen Obama’s abs? Damn, talk about chiseled. Rutherford B. Hayes can’t even compare.
…but it didn’t have anything to do with that book?
I’m confused. I don’t see the link between a book by Fareed Zakaria and how many Muslims work at the DHS.
I’d say George W. Bush was a pretty good looking young guy. He seemed to age pretty well too.
TR is the hawtness. I do like a macho guy who carries a big stick.
I had no idea that Franklin Pierce was such a babe. The alcoholism and depression don’t bother me too much, given that he’s currently dead.
I never found Barack Obama as attractive as some people seem to, but compared to the rest his presidential compadres, he’s a hottie.
I have no idea whether Kennedy was hot or not. Whenever I look at him, I get distracted by the Lego hair and forget to look at his face.
Hard to say, but Taft has that awesome mustache. Polk looked a lot like Anthony Hopkins, at least in that one gallery.
Jimmy Carter looks like that guy Kenneth on 30 Rock. So not hot.
