Please help ID this film I saw years ago. I have tried both IMDB and Google and came up with nothing.
Some elements I remember:
The two main antagonists are rat catchers dressed in white overalls. They ride a white van with a huge rat mascot-fixture attached to its roof.
One guy looks mousy and the other resembles Bud Spencer (fat with a bushy black beard) but meaner-looking.
Also they exchange this dialogue:
First rat catcher: “St!
Second rat catcher: Fk!
Together: “Stfk!”

Crimewave’s synopsis sounds right, and upon further searching I see the scene in question from Blind Fury involves two thugs about to take a quick trip down an elevator shaft. However, I can’t find any mention of the dialogue you’re remembering in Crimewave. I can’t guarantee it doesn’t happen in the movie, but I found no references online and this transcript (of admittedly dubious quality) doesn’t contain it. Is it possible you’re mixing up bits from more than one movie?
Crimewave is also known as The XYZ Murders.
