Re positive benefits of the Iraqi campaign. Are we a better, more prepared army for future wars because of dealing with the Iraq scenario than we would be otherwise, or are these urban skirmishes teaching us relatively little that is likely to be useful in future conflicts?
One should profit from every experience lest one continue to repeat mistakes instead of capitalizing upon them.
Hopefully all concerned with the campaign against terrorism, Islamic and other, will take advantage of the ability to modify all facets of the actions taken.
