I was browsing through real estate listings for vacant land, and came across this piece of property, listed as “NH Turnpike OFC FIRST”. That term doesn’t appear in the description, and I have unable to find any google reference that was any clearer.

What does OFC FIRST mean in real estate parlance?

I believe it’s a typo. The original listing website is here: http://www.beangroup.com/real_estate/listings/Land/NH/Northwood/1434683

It calls it “OFF First NH Turnpike”. I’m thinking the words got jumbled and fat-fingered on entry into Zillow.
