Really, Autocorrect?

So, this guy is coming by to pick up a ton of mulch. He asks me to text the address to his phone.

I grab the first cellphone I see - my wife’s Iphone - and start typing “mulch”.

It suggests “Milf”. Really? Is this term now so ingrained in our lexicon that it’s in Apple’s library, or has her phone “learned” her texting vocabulary and making suggestions based on that?
Get off my lawn!

It’s obviously a word your wife uses regularly. You might want to ask why… :~)

Several interpretations of that exist, some reflecting more favorably on your wife than others.

I used to have an android phone that learned words from Facebook or wherever else I happened to surf. Imagine my surprise when it kept trying to correct “breakfast” to “bearfucker.”

I was texting my grandmother at the time.
