Really good leather slippers?

I want a new pair of soft leather slippers and have had Brooks Brothers in the past. They still make very nice leather slippers, but only in a blue color which I cannot abide. Church’s seems to have what I want but it seems they don’t ship to the US. Can anyone recommend something I can buy here?

L.L. Bean “Wicked Good” slippers. They really are.

Moved from General Questions to IMHO.

I have some Minnetonka moccasins, which I like a lot. I think this is the type that I have had for a few years now.

I like my Sperry shoes, and they make a nice slipper.

They have a soft rubber sole on them, so if you need to step outside for something, they won’t get ruined.

Most nicer shoe stores will carry them, but they also offer free shipping.

I have some UGG slippers which I have been wearing for about two years now. They’re the only slippers I’ve owned that have lasted this long. But they cost about $100.

I have a pair of Ugg slippers that I’ve had for 3 or 4 years now. Suburban Plankton has the same style and has worn his for nearly 10 yrs.

Thanks for the suggestions. I was really looking for something more like this:

Oh, wow! Those are really nice. I think it’s strange they would only make them in blue.

How about these?

How about these?

Good Lord! Those are some Lincoln Bedroom / sleepover at Buckingham Palace kind of slippers!

You don’t want to check the mailbox for Christmas cards in Cleveland or Philly with those on!

Rhiannon, they used to be available in brown and burgundy, but no longer.

Lukeinva, those are “dancing slippers”–for black tie events.

Suburban Plankton, that’s more like it, thank you.

I think those are dance slippers. For balls or cotillions.

ooops, sorry, didn’t see TSBG’s post above

Herring Shoes. They also have them lined and the company ships world wide.

Thanks Alba! Those are EXACTLY like the ones I used to get at Brooks.
