I must disagree with some of your choices.

Wayne Rogers (Trapper) should be Luke. Alan Alda ended up overshadowing him, just like Harrison Ford overshadowed Mark Hammill.

Gary Burghoff should be R2D2. Just look at him!

David Ogden Stiers should be C3P0, what with the stodgy manners and all.

And Obi Wan should definitely be Allan Arbus, aka Dr. Sidney Freedman.

(Why I remember this, I’ll never know. I could remember useful stuff. I do still laugh at “Gon-zolo”, so I suppose it’s not a total waste.)
